Front of House
Front of House volunteers play a vital role interacting with the public and promoting the exhibition program.
Duties
Assist with labelling stock
Directing visitors
Assist with general enquiries
Ensuring the safety of artwork
Informing visitors of the current exhibitions
Learning Programs
Assisting with Gallery learning programs, tours and workshops.
Duties
Blue Card (if applying for children's workshops)
Aid the artist/teacher
Greet and sign in participants
Assist in the set-up and pack-down of workshops
Assist artist/teacher with group supervision
Events Programs
Events volunteers help with assisting Gallery events, exhibition openings and artist talks.

Setting up tables and chairs
Food preparation
Glass collection
Pack up at the end of the event

Administration Volunteer
Administration Volunteers assist with data entry, archiving and filing of press.

Gallery Attendant
Gallery attendants help guide visitors in the exhibition space. Volunteers will be well presented and be comfortable speaking with visitors.
