Weaving and sculpture with Jamie Lee Simpson, artist, ages 9-14 (Term 3)

Explore the world of sculpture and 3-dimensional artwork. Inspired by the Our Stories: Contemporary Indigenous Weaving exhibition. You will learn about working in three dimensions, planning a sculptural work and the elements and principles of design. This course provides you with the foundations of sculpture and weaving.

All materials are provided. To promote a focused and independent learning environment, we require that parents/carers do not remain in the classroom during art sessions. Students can enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers
