Take a walk through the National Photographic Portrait Prize 2025 exhibition and get inspired by the thought-provoking portraits on display.
Then, bring that inspiration to life in this 6-week after-school art course designed just for teens who love to draw and create. You’ll explore how to use your imagination — along with some new drawing techniques — to make portraits that go beyond the ordinary.
With your teacher’s guidance, you’ll learn how to simplify and break down your subjects, helping you understand what really makes a portrait come alive. Whether you’re into realism, abstract styles, or experimenting with something totally new, this class is your space to explore, express, and push your creativity further.
All materials are provided. To promote a focused and independent learning environment, we require that parents/carers do not remain in the classroom during art sessions. Students can enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers.
