Alternative Print Making with Amanda Rowen, Artist

Forget stamps, this alterative print making workshop utilises everything but the kitchen sink! Get inked up and create an eclectic printed fabric piece in this unique workshop with Amanda Rowen, inspired by the groovy designs of our colourful exhibition - Queensland To A T: Our Stories Told Through Tea Towels.

Unexpected fabric “stamps” that you may find in your home, such as textured glassware and placemats will be used alongside traditional block printing to create something truly inimitable.

Design a tea towel, wall art piece or even bring along your own t-shirt to play printmaker on. This is your chance to go wild!

Suitable for beginners. Adults 16+
