Lunar Landscape – Restorative Yoga and Sound Journey with Liza Soenario & Joy Zahner

Harness the dreamy energy of the full moon and illuminate your inner landscape in this restorative yoga and sound journey.

Step into a dreamlike realm as Liza Soenario from Flow with Nature Yoga & Qigong will gently guide you through a series of yoga poses designed to rejuvenate and restore the body, revealing the quiet constellations of breath, rest and renewal. Your flow will be accompanied by a soothing soundscape by Joy Zahner’s from Musique Funtastique, including a live harp.

No experience is needed, all are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
