Miniature Art Galleries with Narelle Wilson, Artist, Ages 5–9

Calling all mini makers and future curators: it's time to build your very own tiny art gallery!

Recreate the Cairns Art Gallery in miniature detail or invent a totally wild gallery from your imagination. Maybe yours has rainbow walls, giant sculptures, secret rooms or floating art!

Use paper, cardboard and found objects to bring your gallery to life and create walls, ceilings, pillars, tiny paintings, sculptures and even mini exhibition furniture.

All materials are provided. To promote a focused and independent learning environment, we require that parents/carers do not remain in the classroom during art sessions. Students can enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers.
