Begin your healing journey with this immersive inspired movement (Qoya) experience.

Tap into the wisdom of your body and move through a series of guided movements that draw on the contemplative practice of yoga, feminine movement, and free dance this Mother's Day.

Mother’s Day Soundscape at the Gallery with Liza Soenario

Relax and unwind, either seated or laying, as you drift into a meditative, healing state whilst immersed in restorative vibrations, frequencies and tones. Instruments used include crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, harp, rain stick, voice, and gentle sound textures.

Please note: yoga mats are not provided. You may also wish to bring a small pillow and light blanket for your comfort as the gallery can get cold. 

Sound healing may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound.
