Observational Drawing with Keelie Nichols, artist Ages 9-14

Observational drawing is a great way to hone drawing skills while also tapping into critical thinking skills. Observe, critique and discover through the art of observational drawing. Spend time in the Gallery space and be inspired by the sculptural works on display in Daniel Wallwork’s exhibition Sunsets and Spinifex. Under the expert guidance of artist Keelie Nichols, the group will discuss the forms, shapes and materials used in the exhibition before creating 2D drawings of the works on display.

All materials are provided and students can be dropped off to enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers.
