Oil Pastel Scratch Art with Phoebe Alison, artist Ages 4-9

Scratchboard art is a fun, easy art style that uses a variety of tools to carefully scratch away the top layer of the specialised scratch-board to reveal the colourful surface underneath and is a great introduction to the use of contrast, planning a drawing and how negative space is used in art

The participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to create their own scratch board using oil pastels, an easy and forgiving medium.

All materials are provided and students can be dropped off to enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers.
