About the artist:
Based in Meanjin/Brisbane, Sam Harrison has cultural connections to the Kamilaroi and Wiradjuri peoples of Central New South Wales. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting) from the Victorian College of the Arts, Naarm/Melbourne.
Sam is a practicing artist, curator, artist assistant and arts educator. His practice engages deeply with the idea of Australian identity, exploring how art can shape inclusive, healthy, and enriching urban environments.
