Strings of Stillness – Yin Yoga & Harp with Liza Soenario & Joy Zahner

Strings of Stillness is the first event of our "Gallery Rituals", a series of monthly wellness workshops.

Set within Philomena Yeatman's Babim, Muudjum, Djanduul, Liza Soenario from Flow with Nature Yoga & Qigong, will guide you through a series of Yin Yoga postures, that support the winter season of rest. This is a slow, grounding practise that will be accompanied by the gentle and relaxing resonance of the beautiful harp played by Joy Zahner from Musique Funtastique.

No experience is needed and if you would just like to attend to relax and listen you are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
