9-week yoga class with Rebecca Edwards
This series of classes for adults bring together art and yoga, promoting mindfulness and self-care. A small group of participants will be guided though a weekly 60-minute practice immersed within the cool, tranquil and inspiring gallery environment.
Rebecca will lead participants through postures and breathing techniques designed to move tension, promote relaxation and improve core strength and flexibility in focused parts of the body. Each session concludes with a short-guided meditation that shares an insight of the current exhibition, allows rest and rejuvenation as well as cultivates being present and relaxed in both mind and body.
