Yoga in the Gallery with Jeany Schall, Qualified Yoga Instructor
Weekly on Mondays, except for public holidays

COST: Five-class pass $60 ($75 non-members)

          One-off classes $15

Conducted in the peaceful setting of the Gallery, participants will be guided through various yoga techniques, including learning postures, meditation and breathing techniques to improve core strength, mind and body. Our qualified and experienced yoga instructor Jeany Schall will guide the class, offering the highest and latest standards of modern yoga practice.

• improved posture

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat and are also recommended to bring two yoga blocks to aid their practice.
